Happy Monday! Sorry I disappeared on Friday, I had a busy day and did a little traveling so I could spend the weekend celebrating one of my best friend's [and college roommate!] birthday. We spent Saturday at a spa and I got my first ever massage, which was amazing ... I now see why people get them regularly! Later we went to dinner with friends and family then hit the town. Overall it was such a fun weekend and left me wishing there were more days to the weekend. But I think I wish that every weekend!

Remember when I mentioned that warmer weather makes me want to have a full list of projects to tackle? Well to say I have a list would be an understatement. In honor of the Oscar's this past weekend I thought I'd feature a song I can't get out of my head. I love this song because it's the U2 sound we all know and love, fun and upbeat. But I also loved the acoustic version they did Sunday night. Sometimes hearing an artistic do something different from their usual can be a little weird but I definitely think they pulled this one off.

I kinda checked out from life last week, sorry! After a few days off work, multiple doctors appointments and a trip to the ER I can finally say that I'm feeling a lot better and there is an end in sight! Woohoo! Since I disappeared I thought I'd share a few snippets of what's been going on [other than bad health]. Not pictured is the fact that I managed to watch both seasons of House of Cards. Can I get season 3, like now? If you haven't watched, I definitely recommend. Just be prepared for it to take over your life, so go ahead and chisel out some time.
